Before You Start

Each dashboard will open in a business intelligence reporting tool and it is possible you may not have access to our resources as access is granted based on specific business needs. Please submit a request via email (fssr_reporting@ucla.edu) to the Financial Systems, Security, & Reporting (FSSR) Team, including a detailed business justification, and we'll help you get the information you need to make informed decisions.

APB Funding Roster and PayrollProvides Funding Distribution and Payroll Salary and Benefit Expenses (DOPE) data.
  • Funding Distribution Roster
    1. Shows compensation setup broken out by fund, earn code, and account cost center. 
    2. Shows Estimated Benefits and Estimated Total Compensation 
  • Payroll Data
    1. Shows the last 5 years of payroll salaries and benefits in detail
  • Additional Earnings
    1. Shows current additional earnings set up by employee (stipends, flat amounts, and z payments)
  • Current FY Payroll Data
    1. Shows the current fiscal year’s payroll salaries and benefits by accounting period in detail
  • Compensation Summary
    1. Shows a summary of compensation setup within UCPath for each employee & position by comp rate code
  • Jobs Ending Summary
    1. Shows a list of employees with upcoming job end dates and if their jobs are set to auto-end
