Concur PCard Functionality Launching June 16
We’ve been working closely with PCardholders and preparers to design, test, pilot, and deploy a solution that meets your needs.
Monthly PCard statement reconciliation will transition to the Concur system beginning with the July statement cycle (June 16 – July 17). Transactions that post prior to June 16 will follow the current reconciliation process.
What Does This Mean?
With the transition to Concur, you can expect:
- Simplified processing: one system for all reconciliation steps
- Real-time reconciliation: once a PCard transaction is posted, you can begin reconciling it
- Streamlined receipt management: simply upload your receipts into the system for easy storage and attachment to a transaction
- Approval workflow: transactions won't be charged to your FAU(s) until they've been approved
