The new PCard reconciliation process is now live! Here’s everything you need to know about this exciting change.
Cutover Details
Monthly PCard statement reconciliation transitioned to the Concur system with the July statement cycle (June 16 – July 17).
Will I automatically receive Concur PCard access?
- Cardholders: All PCardholders have been granted PCard Concur access. Access can be confirmed once the first PCard statement report is generated in the system (see “When can I expect to see my transactions in Concur?” section).
- Preparers: Cardholders must add their preparers as Concur delegates. Instructions can be found in our Updating Your Profile guide.
- Supervisors/Approvers: All PCard supervisors have been added as Concur PCard approvers.
If you experience any access issues, please try clearing your cache before contacting PCard support.
When can I expect to see my transactions in Concur?
During this transition period, it may take up to 10 days for PCard transactions to begin populating in the system. If transactions have yet to start appearing by June 27, please contact PCard support.
After this initial transition period, a PCard transaction will feed into Concur two business days after it has posted to the U.S. Bank system.
What about transactions that posted prior to June 16?
Transactions that posted prior to June 16 must be reconciled via the legacy reconciliation process. The PCard Receipts System (PCRS) will be decommissioned on August 1.
Will this cutover impact PCard application processing?
PCard application processing will be frozen June 16 through June 23. Processing will return to normal on Monday, June 26.
Biweekly Reconciliation
In Concur, PCard statement reconciliation takes place on a biweekly basis. Each U.S. Bank statement cycle is separated into two reports. Review the Lifecycle of a PCard Transaction web page and PCard Reconciliation Calendar for additional information.
